Tactical Engagement Agreement

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

By initiating contact with our systems or utilizing our digital infrastructure, you agree to operate within the tactical guidelines established in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in immediate revocation of access.

01 System Authorization

Access to Jungle Bear's proprietary platforms, codebases, and agentic workflows is restricted to authorized personnel and entities. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or breach our security perimeter is strictly prohibited.

02 Intellectual Assets

All architectural blueprints, agentic logic, and immersive visual assets are the exclusive property of Jungle Bear. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of these assets is a violation of our proprietary operational security.

03 Liability Limitations

Jungle Bear provides high-performance infrastructure "as is". While we maintain a zero-fail posture, we are not liable for any tactical deviations, system drift, or data anomalies resulting from external adversarial interference.

04 Operational Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the tactical laws of India. Any disputes or operational anomalies will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
